1. Principle of customized TFT LCD display
Liquid crystal display technology utilizes the optical properties of liquid crystal materials to achieve display. Liquid crystal is a substance between solid and liquid. It can change its optical properties through the action of electric field, thereby realizing the display of images.
Liquid crystal displays usually consist of two parts: a liquid crystal screen and a drive circuit. The LCD screen is composed of a large number of tiny pixels, and each pixel is made of liquid crystal material. An LCD screen can be thought of as a grid of light/dark pixels.
The driving circuit controls the arrangement of liquid crystal molecules by establishing an electric field on the liquid crystal screen, thereby achieving display through optical effects. Liquid crystal molecules have two main alignment states, namely parallel alignment and vertical alignment. When the liquid crystal molecules are arranged in parallel, light can pass through the LCD screen, making the pixels appear bright. When the liquid crystal molecules are aligned vertically, light is absorbed by the LCD screen, causing the pixels to appear dark.
