Normal temperature 0-50℃, small wide temperature -10-60℃, wide temperature -20-70℃, super wide temperature -30-80℃, and some are used in special environments, requiring -40-90℃. So, at what temperature will it affect the work of the segment screen?

One is directly unable to work, which is generally beyond the operating temperature range of the LCD (for example, the operating temperature of the segment code screen is -20-70℃, then the segment code screen will definitely not work if it is placed in an environment of -30℃) The characteristics of this liquid crystal are related. The liquid crystal in the cell is in liquid form and has fluidity to work. If the temperature is too low, condensation will occur and it will gradually turn into a solid state, so it cannot work. When the ambient temperature is high, vaporization will occur, that is to say, the liquid crystal of the liquid crystal will gradually vaporize when heated, and the background color and font of the LCD screen will gradually become lighter until it is not displayed.

There is another situation where it cannot work normally. The operating temperature of the segment screen is -20-70℃. When the temperature is -15℃, the segment screen can work, but it will refresh very slowly. The reaction is very slow.

Therefore, when selecting the working temperature of the segment screen, you should relax the conditions as much as possible. If you want to reach the temperature of -20-70℃ and work normally, the working temperature of the LCD screen must be -30-80℃.
