How to clean TFT LCD display

After using a TFT LCD display for a period of time, you will find that a layer of dust is often adsorbed on the display (it is more obvious when you turn off the LCD and it is more obvious from the side), and sometimes various water stains are accidentally stuck on it, which will definitely greatly affect the visual effect. , how to clean it?

①Turn off the LCD power first, and remove the power cord plug and graphics card cable plug.

② Move the LCD to a place with better natural light so that you can clearly see where the dust is, which is more conducive to targeted cleaning, thereby achieving better cleaning results.

③Cleaning the TFT LCD screen does not require any special solution or cloth. Experience tells us that clean water + soft lint-free cloth or pure cotton lint-free cloth is the best TFT LCD screen cleaning tool (lint-free paper towels will also work) . When cleaning, you can use a pure cotton lint-free cloth dipped in water and then wring it out slightly. Then use a slightly damp soft lint-free wet cloth to gently wipe the dust on the display screen (do not squeeze the display screen hard). When wiping, it is recommended to wipe it from the display screen. Wipe one side to the other until all is wiped clean, do not wave randomly.

Tip: Do not use hard cloth or hard paper to wipe. At the same time, never use cleaning fluids containing alcohol or acetone or cleaning agents containing chemical ingredients, and do not spray liquids directly onto the screen to prevent the liquid from penetrating into the protective film.

④After cleaning the custom LCD display with a soft, damp cloth, you can clean it again with a damp cloth that has been wrung dry. Finally, let the moisture on the LCD screen dry naturally in a ventilated place.

Other maintenance points

①Avoid vibration. The LCD screen is very fragile, so strong shock and vibration should be avoided. Don't put pressure on the LCD screen or bump or squeeze it on the back cover of the LCD screen.

②Avoid using the screen for a long time. Long-term operation is not a good thing for dot LCD display. If it is not in use, be sure to turn off the power of the monitor. By the same token, be careful when using wallpapers and screensavers when using LCDs. Most wallpapers and screensavers have brightly colored pictures and strong contrast between light and dark changes. Long-term use will distort the LCD color, thus affecting the life of the FSTN LCD display. Therefore, it is best to use a monochrome screen and cancel the screensaver when using LCD.

③Prevent electromagnetic interference. Whether it is a CRT or LCD TFT screen, it should be kept away from objects with strong magnetic fields. The strong magnetic field around it will generate additional voltage inside the display, thus affecting the stability of the display voltage. Being in a strong magnetic field for a long time will also cause color distortion, thus affecting the display effect and life of the LCD.

④ Pay attention to moisture. Do not let any moisture enter the LCD. If the indoor humidity is too high, condensation may occur inside the LCD, causing the LCD to leak and short-circuit, or even burn the display screen. For some southern areas with high humidity, the LCD can be placed in a warmer and drier place, or the back of the LCD screen can be baked regularly with a low-power desk lamp to allow the moisture in it to evaporate.
